The Hebbe sisters

The Hebbe sisters are singing sister from Värmland who are successfully swinging forward through the world of music.

The three Hebbe sisters radiate joy and musicality and this is why they sing about this!  They have a penchant for swing music, but also have music from other genres on their repertoire, which they deliver with joy, presence, certainty of tone and energy.

“Absolutely brilliant!”, said Charlotte Perelli when the Hebbe Sisters took part in the TV4 programme Talang 2009, which also gave praise for their beautiful singing voices. More recently the sisters have been able to be seen delivering professional performances in both Allsång på Skansen and Bingolotto.

Currently

The Hebbe sisters are currently working on the record På vår blomstrande äng together with Duo Sentire; a record with both delightful swing, sweet summer melodies and ethe earrings from the classic repertoire. This record is the successor to their atmospheric Christmas record En strålande jul (2016).

In summer 2017 the sisters released their first music video to Allas Vår älskade Värmlandsvisan in an arrangement by Emelie Hebbe. With this music video the Hebbe sister will communicate the feelings they have to be in the beautiful nature of Värmland: both harmony and stillness as well as joy and energy. Moments of reflection, wondering about life and death, but also the free and innocent play of children.

The song Värmlandsvisan is a true masterpiece and it is with reverent respect that we have worked on this project. A lot of energy has been devoted to creating the atmosphere of the video and we are so thankful for all of the great responses we have received!”
